Re: New Soccer Project Managers - Need Help?
A few noob questions if somebody can answer please: 1. Can I cancel a friendly which is already accepted? 2. Can I cancel my transfer bids? 3. How many days it take a player to get transferred once I have the highest bid? 4. Do player contracts get automatically negotiated/renewed if I don't do it ...

Re: Extended limitations on transfers for new managers
Imo a manager that plans on staying doesn't need to make any transfers at all in their first season. Those that are guided well will realise that they don't have to make any transfers and should wait until their current players are fully trained. A ban on transfers for the first season seems a bit e...

Re: Transfer market change suggestion
This proposal should bring down transfer prices anyway, so more teams should be able to compete, not just the strongest teams. I don't know how this could "bring down transfer prices"...I think would can only expand it AND in place of those players(that you talk about) would disappear oth...

Re: Transfer market change suggestion
Fantastic idea and I was going to propose something like this myself but got sidetracked. Also, when a player's contract runs he should appear on the transfer market for free for the usual two days. This could give managers an opportunity (such as myself) to try and get back some of their lost playe...

Re: Spped up d game?
Why? How would this make it more fun? If anything it would make it unfair and require more time on the game which many people can't afford.

Re: keep players transfer listed
As SB suggested there could be the automatic morale decline every 6 days. So when the player would normally come off, he stays on and a further 25% morale is subtracted and so on until he's eventually sold.

Re: Transfer Market
My point is you can still be away from the computer and not receive the email thus rendering it null because you wouldn't have gotten the notification anyway, and then it comes down to who's got the fastest internet connection to log into SP quickest to buy the player.

Re: A few idea's
Wtf since when was Great Britain a nationality? Ze contradicts himself - you choose the nationality that you are, in this case Atleti would choose to be English as the UK is not a nationality. cruxify, I don't really care about this, but I am pretty sure that people living on that island have Briti...

Re: A few idea's
Well Raz as the United Kingdom has 4 seperate football teams and this is a football game i think that in itself justifies each state in the United Kingdom having its own flag. We might as well have the Soviet Union, Yugoslavia and heck why not have the British Empire with Australia and Canada just ...

Re: A few idea's
For the names database, why not consult places where the names are more linked to citizenship? Obviously in football, especially the bigger leagues, there is an influx of foreign players. But instead of using football rosters, why not use a roster from (for example) the Olympics, or Parliament/gove...

Re: A few idea's
I fail to see the problem with what he said...? Nothing man. It's just me. It's exactly the same situation with UK as it is with Yugoslavia. They are both independent states, run by a single monarch and they were both involved in bloody wars the last 15 years. I understand now, sorry, very early mo...

Re: A few idea's
Yes we all are British but why is it so hard to make us independant like they did with Yugoslavia its really annoying. I remember that on another topic I supported the guys who were demanding for separate flags for the UK teams. But when I see arguments like this one I start questioning myself: &qu...
