Is it usually better to manually set your team's training schedule, or should it be handled by your 100% coach?

I'm looking at the list of unemployed coaches right now. There's dozens of them. Maybe try poking around the menus a bit more? Anyway, my own questions: What's the time length for a youth player to show up when you've got a simple youth center? And do you have to pay extra if you terminate a contrac...
