well, IRL teams from low divisions are unable to buy players who are at least considered medium players in sp it would be like <73%=bad players, 73~82%=medium players 82~86%= good players, >86%=stars, but the prizes for promoting should be increased, so teams could improve their squad while climbing...

I like the idea but I think it could be improved to this: the winner of the SP Cup plays HIS team against the winners of A division team, it would be something like SP Super Cup

1. manager makes a 1 m offer.
2. manager makes a 5 m offer.
3. manager makes a 10 m offer.

2. manager decline the offer. (he have only 9m)
3. manager decline the offer and offers 3m, what do you do then? will it be fair to the manager 2?

it would be a nice feature

I have only one thing to say about the 1500 pages of staff - make filters

1) Any team that starts irl has to find a decent staff for themselves, right? They don't get it like a present :) 2) If a team doesn't want staff members from its country, it will have to wait a season to get rid of them, or even compensate if they fire them. Doesn't seem so fair to me. If I misund...

this is a great idea, cause now there are a lot of complaints like: I can't find a youth co-ordinator from my country why am I not getting any youths, though I have a youth center? What I need a youth co-ordinator for that?! After a while it starts to get on your nerves answering the same questions ...

yes...but with bigger prizes....players on the transfer market will my unreacheble for new users....if you get my point...everybody will know that teams are making money and the players pirces will raise... Ithink that only the prices of good players will raise the one's with 80+ rating, the other ...

IMO it wouldn't be right to get money for having a man of the match the player should get the money, not the club, but I really like the idea of Man of the Match, after the season the player of the year (in every league) could be decided by the Man of the Match titles
