It's my first time in G Division and I am surprised that I still have a perfect record so far (10-0-0), especially with my team spirit being less than 40% most of the time. Maybe I have just gotten lucky so far? I usually play 5-3-2 with defensive wall and it seems to work nice with my team.

Most of my original starting players are fully trained but none seem to be exceptionally good. My entire team is basically in the 70% GR range with maybe 5 guys able to make it 80% and over at 100% experience. - Is this normal for the players you get when you first start?
