the new layout is fine just needs more color as many have said like the gold money bag which has been suggested and many other things that can make it better to look at..... just add more attractive colors aoart from that the new layout is great

If So there might have to be a sacrafice like you miss the next available youth coming through to your team or something similar to that but i think it is a good idea, i dont mind really but it will be useful

Youth should be re-done *completely*. The way it is handled right now is awful. Why not give you a list of players to choose from, and you can sign the player most appropriate for your team? The number of players you have to choose from, and how often you get this option, depends on your youth cent...

or why dont we have some sort of personal coach or a normal coach to work with a players aggression and each season they are only allowed to work with one or two players and just like when you train a player instead of 5 times a day what about once a day to drop the players aggression down by 1 each...

There are many players with a high aggression %. Maybe there should be an option to train players to calm down and decrease the aggression of the player. Maybe a sport psychologist or something.
