noo .. já bych řekl že argument pro 4-3-3 je jasnej .. LF+RF se pořídí levněji než CM+CF, takže když chceš v krátkym termínu podávat dobrej výkon tak 4-3-3 pořídíš snadněji než 4-4-2 .. nicméně časem je asi lepší trénovat pro 4-4-2 poněvadž budeš mít vyšší hodnotu hráčů v týmu .. čimž pádem vytrénov...

myslim si že je určitě dobrý trénovat prvně skilly na max 1. zjistíš jak ten hráč může být dobrej (viz. po každym skillu přesnější SPMT) 2. tím pádem budeš vědět na kterej post budeš mít dobrýho hráče a kde byses měl poohlídnout po někom dalšim 3. když se koukneš do pravidel tak pak vytrénuj skilly ...

i think its no good to make such a big gap among different divisions, by this you will fix teams where they are and you will make much harder to get higher division for new managers .. very bad idea higher league is matter of higher prestige and maybe the money from boarding should be increased more...
