Unlucky. From the last 5 I've gotten 3x SW, 1x CF and 1x nothing. For me this is basically 1 good player out of 5, as I don't use SW and they are low-value.

I would say that in the beginning you should just keep training your existing players. Do not buy cheap bad players from the market, even if they are stronger than your current "raw" players (unless you can see best performance over 65 and optimal age, lets say below 25). Keep playing like...
