a) I think it would be cool if a reformation module would be added. In this module you can eg transform: CF to CM LF/RF to LM/RM. LM/RM to LB/RB CM to CB/SW SW to CB and CB to SW e.g. Making a CB from a CF seems pretty illogical to me. It should take minimum half of a season and maximum a whole seas...
