El entrenamiento sirve tanto para mejorar como para mantener las habilidades de los jugadores.
Si no los entrenas en determinada habilidad cada cierto tiempo, la mismas bajarán y deberás darles algún entrenamiento para recuperar las mismas al nivel anterior.

I agree with unicool. Respect to the way to find players faster for a National Coach, he could name some assistant scouts.
