I have one suggestion for youth academy:

in page youth academy insert estimate time for next young player.

for example: next yong player expect between dd.mm.yyyy and dd.mm.yyyy
scope between date 3-5 days.

And one more:

in history for YA list failed promotion too.

Actually we improved SoccerProject, because we added Serbia to the list of available countries. But we cannot simply change every Yugoslavian into Serbian. What about managers from other parts of Yugoslavia ? You means Montenegro ? Only they have not own country in SP. Btw. menagers from Yugoslavia...
