I think what Kubiczech might have suggested was that there would be some random element. You would take your chance and retrain, perhaps the player would turn out the same just at different position, perhaps he would turn out worse. I don't know if I like the idea, but is certainly sounds interesting.

I know that. But why so complicated. It was said that this was changed so that we can better influence their nationality. So why not let us pick it directly? It seems to me it would accomplish the same thing in a much easier way without any undesirable effects.
