I do have to admit getting your player fully trained by 20 then 3 years getting the ex means a 6 year turn around and for the higher end teams this is near impossible to keep up at that high level. a. This keeps things fresh at the top and doesn't create just a complete domination B. the 6 years it ...

I can't see this as an advanage to the game what-so-ever. Normal players prices would go right down, expect i guess with the advanage of IBN.

I was thinking maybe include a small random number of the teams players instead of the entire squad?

Your right I wouldn't feel to comfortable doing it unless there was a way to use the system to pick and you can set those guide lines. But as you say maybe some would. I trust myself a lot more then other managers. But if it was ever going to happen i couldn't see any other way to it working you kno...

Hey Snaak i'm not saying this isn't a good idea. I wouldn't mind having this set up and put in place. But i have a feeling there are many things that have a higher priority at the moment.

lol boring... You guys obviously don't understand the problems with inflation in a game. But fair play your upset that you can't make enough money so you blame the management. If fact this game is slightly easy for managers in H or G it gets harder the higher you go you know
