I wonder why no points are given for a win after penalties? This is also a WIN ,it would be realistic if the quallified for the next round(in a friendly cup and also in the SP cup) team gets respectively 2 and 4 points!After all,many tournaments,in real life too,are desided after panalties.

The problem,however,is that the morale of the player decreases with 30% the moment you put him in the transfer list and with another 25% if you remove him.Therefore,he loses 55% when you again have him back in the team.I personaly reckon that luko's idea is a good one.

When I negotiate with a staff member to resign,I have to confirm at the end of the whole process.What about the same feature being implemented for the negotiations with the players?I believe this will be useful and mistakes with way too high salaries or sign bonuses will be avoided.
