I always use Manually as Coaches sometimes train the skills which are already max.

use automatic if you don't get much time for sp or else manually.

What???? My question is when we apply for match we can't pre set tactics for that match. For example:i applied for 25 Jan(22:00) and at time i am offline. If someone accepts it 10-20 minutes before deadline,he can set tactics but me who was the host of the match. i wanted to play my subs for Morale ...

When we don't have time or anything else,we use Friendly Pools. When we choose matches against other teams by pool,those are probably Away. When we Invite teams by pool we can't pre-set the tactics. hey i have bidded on about 200 free players but i haven't got a single,any reason????
i give good salaries to them.

or we can give command to our youth coordinator to give this player back next. if he will be good enough,he will promoted and if he will not be good enough. none will be given to the team and this player will be removed by youth center.

Advertising boards are good source of earning money.
for example:i bought a youth rf and a cm of age 24 just because of money from Advertising boards.
these are helping me to strengthen my youth squad.
but now i can earn money by them very slowly.
