Most of my original starting players are fully trained but none seem to be exceptionally good. My entire team is basically in the 70% GR range with maybe 5 guys able to make it 80% and over at 100% experience.

- Is this normal for the players you get when you first start? What GR did your original players reach?
- Should I start trading my players for others with a better GR? Or would I be alright playing with my current lineup in G Division?

It's normal. I has 3 players from the original squad who made it over 80%. And yes, you should trade. You should sell your older players and buy young ones who might get better than the ones you sell.

Well its very sad looking for first team and see that it´s a sh**. In some examples new users has very old squad so doing trade how?If no1 will want them...

This is a problem because i start with 1,7M i know that other managers start with more money but this is a bargain

In my case my team isnt fully trainned and for what i have seen my best player will be in best hope 79%,maybe two will reach that level.

SP has 8 divisions and if you difficult even more the work of new users so that means you will need 3 years of real life to reach Cdivision and with luck.

I dont want that Admin put a great team for new users but i suggest that age of all squad not be higher than 24 years old, and against me i speak. To end sorry for my english.

Hi
My pitch status is currently only at 50%. I have a 100% groundsman. Do I have to change the pitch? As I currentlu have a Hitech one, I'd prefer not to have to...

Yes you have to change your pitch. And don't wait too long because when it's low you can loose teamspirit, get a fee or even loose by forfait when it's very low. You don't need to take HiTech, it's not worth it. Natural grass with drainage and heating is good enough. In case the status is already low always take just natural grass (only costs 2500 and takes a day) first so you don't risk loosing by forfait.

What's the advantage of having a high-level pitch? Why is it better to have Natural with drainage instead of simply natural?

I suppose with a better pitch it takes longer before you have to get a new one.

true, it took about 12 seasons for me to have to change a high-tech pitch, so it's deffinetly worth the investment

In the past I had the field of 15K because I thought that was enough. When the field had a bad condition I bought the cheapest field and I haven't changed it since and I play several matches in my stadium per week. A week or 2 ago I played 8 games in my stadium in 3 days and did have a problem at all :).

if you're playing 3 friendly games per day at home + the league and cup matches and you do that constantly (that happens most of the time when you're in H or G) eventually you'll have problems if you don't have a high tech field

Of course. But I don't always play at my pitch (what I used as an example doesn't happen every week :)), I also want to give some incomes to other people ;). But seriously what's 2,5K? If my pitch is not good anymore I just buy a new one

you're right, but if you're taking it like that, what's 100k, if you consider the fact that a high-tech pitch lasts for over 10 seasons (i had to changed mine after 12) :P
