Has anybody explored the role or accuracy of the doctor?
The game says
The duration is the number of days the doctor thinks the player is going to be injured. This number is not always correct, the better your doctor is, the more accurate the duration will be!
But I have a 100% doctor (and he has been 100%) and 2 injured players.
Player 1 has only 1 day left in the sickbay but is only at 40%
Player 2 still has 2 days left, but was already at 100% yesterday, if not the day before.
Either player alone is wildly inaccurate. But I have both situations at once.
Should not I expect better from a 100% doctor?

I have the same at this moment. One player is already 100% fit, but is still 2 days sick. Another player is 68% fit and available again.
In the past it was more worse than it's now, but I understand this situations are still anoying.
The accuracy of the docter doesn't tell anything about the balance between fitness and number of days in the sickbay, but only says something about the days which is not available. A bad docter is only inaccurate on the number of days. He could say on a day '4 days out' and could say the next day '6 days out'.
