Where is this game falling?

Post by RebelboySP »

I have loved this game since 2007 and it is a part of my life every day with a gap of several years.

I don't mind so much that it doesn't go anywhere forward, its not improving. I like it like this, its okay. But it bothers me that no one checks the traders who fill their coffers through fake teams!!!!!!

After all, it is not possible to sell a player for 2 M and a week later he was already sold for 10 M to another team. Is everyone's goal really to collect 3 billion through fraud, buy players and thus get to A? Do you really enjoy winning through fraud? and where is the sheriff??? why isn't anyone solving this? Or does everyone do it?

79% LF sold fot 10 M? cheat!

There is no sense to play a game with cheaters!

If you find any cheater, please report it!
Cheaters are still kicked off the game. If a reported manager is not kicked, you must trust the sheriffs is was not cheating.

Are sheriffs still checking for cheat reports?

The only way to get to the A league and be competitive for first place is to have a lot of money. The only way to raise money is by buying and selling players.
After a long break, I started there again long ago in 2019 and I collected money a little bit all the time. I didn't have fake teams or anything like that and it took me almost five years to raise a little over 2.5 billion. I estimated that was enough to move towards A.
In the meantime, it has become increasingly difficult to find a top player on the market. A small offer generates higher prices and some managers are better at negotiating and buying or simply offering much more. Sometimes it can be frustrating, but it's just the way it is.
I'm sure there are those who use some form of fraud but I don't believe it's in any significant quantities. And I believe the sheriffs are dealing with it.

I love this game mostly because it requires a lot of patience and dedication, which is a very rare characteristic in today's turbo-accelerated world. And I believe that's why it's so long-lived.

So my recommendation is - just be patient. Life is long...

I have been playing this game since 2007, so I know what it takes to move to A. It is an enjoyable game, but I have never gotten into the "trade to generate money" part, so I will likely never achieve A. I have never been a big trader ever, I don't have the time to build a team that competes at that level, and I am fine with that.

I was only asking about cheaters because there was one transfer I reported, along with other people, that has been out there for a while.

"There are already 3 unhandled cheatreport(s) about the seller of this player."

There's also another way. I'm not making a profit from trading. My profit comes from ticket sales, homegame income and selling players promoted from the youth team.

Yes, there are always another ways. But with trading you can accelerate the income.

And I see you have a big Ticket sales income. That's probably because you have a huge fan base. My Ticket sales income is 17M max with 55.000 fan base. Or you have some tricks about that and you are willing to share?

No tricks, just patience. Playing a lot of games will get your fanbase to increase. And each home game generates income. I'm using each slot.

Your way is an exception. Correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe it required more than 15 years of non-stop fanbase and stadium improvement for you to reach this level of income from games alone. Newer managers don't have that option.

It was my belief all along that the game's biggest flaws were the following:
1. Not providing teams with more youth players per season
2. Not having a more balanced algorithm for increasing fanbases faster in the early seasons after a team was created (i.e.: your fanbase would grow in an accelerated way in the early seasons and slow down once you become a more established team). This way newer teams would ramp up faster and be allowed to catch up with older ones eventually. And if you were a new manager who managed very well and promoted fast, your growth would increase even more.
The way SP is set, it seems to me the fanbase growth is pretty linear and you need half a lifetime to get to 100k+ fans.

friendly: always +3 - no matter losing or winning
friendly cup: always +5 - no matter losing or winning - one strange exception, playing equal in a group phase = no change to your fanbase.
Cup/league: +25 winning / -25 losing, when winning or losing 5 in a row: +/-50 people.
