Hi everyone! I have a question about the Youth Coach in the game.

I’ve noticed that when I have a Youth Coach from Romania, I get young players from Romania. If the coach is from Belgium, I get players from Belgium, and the same goes for Hungary, and so on.

Now here’s my question:
Does the nationality of the Youth Coach actually matter in this game?
For example, would having a Brazilian Youth Coach bring better players to the team compared to having one from Romania?

If yes, which nationality is considered the best for a Youth Coach?
