Hidden skill calculation spinfo-tool

I was looking at the hidden skill calculation on spinfo-tool and was surprised to find players who have hidden skill over 100%.
I have a player who has a hidden skill of 101.5%, which i highly doubt is correct.

the global rating of a player is not exact
a player of 85% can be 84,7% or 85,3%
to calc the hidden skill, you start from "the vissible" global rating (85%)

global rating of a player = sum (experience + morale + skills) / 15 + sum (main skills + hidden skill) / 7,5
