New Soccer Project Managers - Need Help?

Hi All,

I'm new to this game, have won a few friendly's but would still like some general help etc.

I'm in Australia. And Speak Australian.... hehe

To newbies on this forum that don't care reading the 2nd page:

Hi there

Your Staff : First of all, make sure you have a complete staff!(so not just a trainer, physio and a doctor)
Then send 'm all on a course, until they all reach the 100%.This is very important for you and your team!

Your Training : Every player has two headskills.(the two most important skills, these are in bold)Train all your player on these headskills until the skills turn red.Then train them on stamina until it reaches about 50%.Then you can start training whatever you want, if stamina remains above 50% and the headskills are maxed.

Your Transfers : The wisest thing to do is to buy a good player on the central position of every line.
I mean: a GK, a CB, a CM and a CF.
Make sure they are at least 60%, aren't too old and don't have a high agression (maximum 70%).

Your youth : Investing in youth is a very wise thing.The sooner you start with that, the better!
PLayers from your youth facility are young and have more chance of becoming a good player.(my very first youth player became 87%!(Rabiu Murcy) )

Your bank players : Make sure you always have 2 matches a day.This way, your A- and B-team can play a lot.On Sundays, you don't play at all.This is so the fitness of your players keeps in shape.I recommend you don't play friendly cups yet.You would only loose money, and you can't control de dates of the matches.Friendlys are very good.There's no price in a friendly, and you can do whatever you want without consequenses (except injuries).

One last hint : be very very careful with your money.It slips away so easy, and in G it's certainly not easy to make some money...

or
defenzive wall+20%styl

this taktiks looks like paradox form me and i dont uderstant how thats work


because im try to play agains better team with the system and im win the game

so what is diferent between defenzive waal and styl 50% and higher
or defenzive wall and style 50% and low

I think its how determined the players are with in that style, so like :

Defensive Wall + 0 - 50 % Style = Low to Avarge Determination.

Defensive Wall + 50 - 100 % Style = Avarge to High Determination.

But this is how I see it mate, not sure if thats how everyone else does.

i can play like that style kick and rush and set style 20%

im thing in this case they gona play from defense to atak

bud im not sure to

same thing defense wall and style 80% or 100%

Defensive wall+100%style is indeed unlogical, but every manager has a chance to do so. With defensive wall you emphasize your defence, but with 100% style you decide to play quite offensive to create more chances, but your opponent will also get more chances.

yes your answer look logical bad.if i set the taktiks like that

how do you get a B-team?

how do you get friendlies? Do they cost money?

What should I do? How do I get transfers? Do I want transfers?

my team is 3-0, not sure how, but that's kind of nice lol...
