train them first! saves on team spirit. plus if he turns out to be good then his aggression isn't too much of a problem.

I wanne build up a new team first so Teamspirit is actually nothing important for me
So you mean a high agression isnt so bad for a strong player?

Btw I tried to sell a player is it ok to pull them as free on the list ?
Will I get money?

no they will be free if you do that.

when you are in the lower leagues you should really worry about quality first. worry about aggression later.

in sp. team / transfers / overview. you can see how much other players are going for. that way you shouldnt be too far off.

Ok thanx but that needs lots of work

And if I set a player for 0€?
Will the bets increase it to the normal worth?

not always. i always pick a price i'd be happy with. like a lowest acceptable price. (say 500,000) then you dont lose out.

advertising on here and sp-eng.co.uk always helps though!

Ok thats cool ;)

Any other hints for me what else I should do as beginner?

(I have a coach and some other staff member and I sent them all on courses
I have set up a Taktik Selection A
And I have the player training their main skills
I have started to build a youth centre
Now I am working to get the player ages and agressions down )

sounds about right.

make sure you have 3 keepers.
advert boards.
organise friendlies and enter a couple of cheap cups.
build the best pitch (it lasts longer)
