Hi again - just completed some analysis of my teams performance - noticed several players had drops of 5 points in a skill (in stamina I just get 1 drops now and again, seems about daily). The players were quite young, and one was being trained in that skill, so I thought I better check it's not something I'm doing wrong to destroy my team

Its normal that the skill drops by 5 points, it occurs about once a week at every player

No, you can expect that one skill per player will drop by 5 points a week.

For example, your CM will drop the next week Passing by 5 points Got it ?

I can't find anymore what the different colours mean on the transfer list for the deadline time - I thought I'd read something on it, but no luck so far in finding it again!

Time to make a step into the market, but the advice to go for free transfers doesn't seem to be yielding results in incoming players!

Green: Player is available to be transferred as soon as the manager wants, regardless of the automatic transfer procedure after 6 days on the list and at least 24 hours after the last bid.
Red: Player is not (yet) available to be transferred.

Which is more important when choosing lineup, Main skills or overall rating?

I know that morale has an effect, but if both are in same mood and others main skills are better but overall rating is lower, which one put to the lineup.

most important is the performance that player will have on that game. you can find that on spmt.
