i have one question, which i am not sure of answer yet ...

may i ugly curse and swear in the mails to other SP managers who really annoy me, without risk of being banned?
i know it is not nice, but some people really ask for it and it could help me to "get out the steam"

Frrfrr, I remember that someone got ban for ugly swearing in mails. It was in Czech community.

please read my post. i have never sad something bad about his mother. i know he is a kid, so the joke was on him "if his mother lets him". and the firewall is an innocent and serious thing (nothing bad) that doesn't let bad things happen to you (your computer). so i don't see anything unreasonable in that innocent comparison. i didn't curse him, i didn't call his mother names ... it was an innocent joke. after that he wrote some nasty things which i did not want to answer, it wasn't worth the bother.
i think the rest can understand this, from him i'm not expecting to.

He overreacted strongly and I think he deserves a warning or a ban.
I have never been against him or his behaviour, because it was usually not that horrible. I do think some other managers were very intolerant of Gvido from the start, flaming him because his english was bad (not a crime) or because he said some stupid things sometimes (also not a crime).
But nobody has the right to threaten the other, so a warning or ban would be right in my eyes.

I think you should be careful. If somebody curses at you, report him. If you do the same to him, and he reports you... you risk a ban.
Not smart. If he only annoys you:

* Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth. Do the exact same to him, he will get annoyed too. Two people annoyed.
* Don't react and just live with it. Only two people know that he is annoying you. Him and you. It's more fun for him if he gets a response. Act as if you don't read/see his sh*t, and he will stop sooner or later. If not, gather the evidence and report him. Either way, problem solved.

In the mail box, there can be implemented a ignore list or a spam box, where we can add managers. Or something like this exist now?
