what can i do?

There's been some probs in the sim of 4h so at the moment you can't change it (check the last game message). If it is solved you can change it the first 2 days of the season (today and tomorow). Do remember you have to have SPFA or it's impossible to change.

1) I'd like to know whether youth coordinator is useful when I don't have the youth centre.
2) I haven't earn any money for tickets after the home match, because nobody came to see the match. Why is it so? Why nobody? The match was played on my stadium, the prices of tickets were already set and the stadium has 6000 places to sit.

because of the price of the tickets. you should set it to 9-12.

no, youth coordinator doesn't do anything if you don't have youth center.

How can I know how much money I have to offer the free player to successfully buy him?

you cannot. it all depends on what others offer, so only experience will increase your chances to get a player. of course, everybody can offer unrealistic/unrentable contracts. you have to balance them, to give a contract rentable for you, taking in consideration player's potential and his price on the normal transfer market.

When a player gains the third yellow card, he will miss the next match.
But, when do the cards disappear? I know they disappear after that one missed match, but is it possible to prevent suspension of a player? For example, if a player "P" has already 2 yellow cards, I want to prevent his suspension so I won't set "P" for the next match. Will the cards disappear then? If not, when? Or is it possible to prevent the player's (P) suspension anyway?

I try to buy a free player, but he still doesn't want to accept my offer, even though I'm the only one, who gave him an offer.
Here are some info about this purchase:

My team's GR: 42%
My team's position: 3rd in H.1783
My offer:

Is it few money? Or what can I do to persuade him to accept my offer? How much time does it usually take until a player accept the offer?
