Hi, fellow managers

I'm new to the game but i've allready been promoted to G division.
I just want to know how the teamspirit affects on my team? Is it so imprtant?
How can I increase it and how does it get lower?

§ Teamspirit

Raises
- League and cup games (+2% for a win, +1% for a draw and +0.5% for a loss)
- Friendly Cup games (always +1%)
- Friendly games (+0.75% for a win, +1% for a draw and +0.5% for a loss)

decreases
- Transfers (paying + free) (-5%)
- If the field quality is less than 60% you lose a certain amount of TS.
- Simulation of the new season: -10% of current TS

doesn’t change
- when receiving a new youth player
- when sacking a player or a staff-member
The teamspirit is important because it influences your lineratings. In lower divisions maybe it hasn't got that big effect, but in higher divisions when the difference between 2 teams is small it can be the difference between winning or loosing.

I'm selling a player now, but I don't know how to set Instant-Buy-Price, date the player is available from, minimal salary, minimal win-price etc. Could sb help me?

You can set the IBP after the player is 3 days on the transferlist. You will see this in the out-going transfer overview. The other things you can't do a thing about them.

And what happens when I click "Select" in received offers? I'm pretty cautious, 'cause I don't want to sell him only for 50k.

It means you sell the player to that offer.

You may get an extra screen to confirm or cancel, though. I can't remember.

This function is only for advancing a sell if you don't want to wait for untill the end of the bidding time.

If you press the "Select" button you can see the teams that bid for your player. A nice feature, this way you can take a look at those managers, just to be sure nothing suspicious will appear. On that screen, you will also get an option to sell your player for a price that was already offered by one of these teams. So the idea is you can press "Select" without fear, the player will not be sold automatically if you press that button, you will have to go through 2 or 3 screens to do that.

Thanks for all replies. You were right. After clicking that "button", next screen appears. But before you replied I took a risk of selling the player, but it was ok. :)

You have to bid 5% more then the highest bid at the moment and not the salery. I don't know how long you're playing the game, but if you been playing for less then a week, you can only buy free players. What I also want to say is that if you just started it's not a good move to sell and buy players. Just train your players, there're always a couple of talents between them.

Just a quick question.

How do i hire a coach? When i go to that screen it says 'Sorry, there is no unemployed coach at the moment'. Any idea how long i have to wait for one to come along?

I'm looking at the list of unemployed coaches right now. There's dozens of them.

Maybe try poking around the menus a bit more?

Anyway, my own questions:

What's the time length for a youth player to show up when you've got a simple youth center?

And do you have to pay extra if you terminate a contract (staff or player) before the contract officially ends? And if so, how much?
