Maybe try poking around the menus a bit more?

Anyway, my own questions:

What's the time length for a youth player to show up when you've got a simple youth center?

There are 3 different types of youth centers: simple, professional and hyper modern. The period between 2 youth players depends on the type of youth centre you have. Respectively, every 60, 30 or 20 days you receive a message concerning your youth player.

And do you have to pay extra if you terminate a contract (staff or player) before the contract officially ends? And if so, how much?

Yes, you can. The price you have to pay for it depends on the wage of your staff, but if you fire the staff the amount will show first and ask you again if you really want to fire this staff. So I think it's best for you to look yourself. Though in these days (incresement of the staff's wages) I don't think it's a good idea to fire a staff since it probably going to cost you a lot

GlenDV, thank you for those answers. Very helpful.

But now I would like to ask something else:

Is it usually better to manually set your team's training schedule, or should it be handled by your 100% coach?

If you ask me it is better to have 100% Coach. Because it dosent matter whether you manually set the training or let coach deside training, ultimately you need a coach to train them.

If you have 100% coach then, training result will be faster [players get fully trained faster] and reduced injuries during training.
Hope i cleared your doubt.

I always use Manually as Coaches sometimes train the skills which are already max.

use automatic if you don't get much time for sp or else manually.

A 100% coach doen't reduce injuries during the training.

I am not sure about that, that was my observation of having deferent skilled level coaches in past. But players will get trained faster for sure under 100% coach.

A player's skill increases every sim (4h, 10h, 14h, 18h and 20h), unless you're not training the player or training a skill that's fully trained.

Hi I've just started. Any decent mentoring available for a quick learner (English)? :D

For example I was wondering if it is best to start with a cheap coach and other staff as I don't know much about the finances yet.

Hi, I am new at the game, and I have some questions about player's age, that I couldn't find specific answers when I searched the forums using "search"

First, I noticed on other threads that players start declining performance at age 30. Is this age all the time, or it's a mean? Does this mean that his skills will decrease, or that the system just subtracts points from his match performance?

How many points are lost every season? (again, of GR, or Match Perform?)

What age do players slow down in stamina recovery? Does he lose more and more stamina every season, or it's at the same rate from a specific age?

15% Morale = 1% GR. Does this mean that the player will perform the same if he has 86% morale and 100% morale?

How does fitness affect match performance?

At what age does a player retire??

How do you calculate "lines" ?

Thank you in advance to all :)

Hello. Have just started playing the game. It would be great to have a mentor(s) to pass on their experience.

Thanks
