The formula that appears most often isFC Bethesda wrote:1. What is the best formula for setting the team aggression for each match based on the referee?
Aggression of your team + Aggression of the most aggressive player in the first 11 + Strictness of the referee = X.
X varies from 180 to 200, depending on managers. I use 200, but, as I said, it's subjective.
The fact that your match report said that, it doesn't necessarily make it true. This can be a consequence of playing with a defensive approach. You have just started, train your players and only then you can see which formation fits best your squad. A lot of managers use 3-4-3 or 4-3-3. My opinion is that the best tactic is the one that gives you the highest line ratings with the players you have. I am fan of 5-3-2 and I generally play like this but, again, this might just be my mojo.FC Bethesda wrote:2. I'm trying to decide if I should keep my 5-3-2 formation or try to build a different kind of squad. I like the defensive focus but I think i'm going to have a tough time scoring. With a new squad/manager, what formation is recommended considering that the strength of my team is in the defense and midfield (on the match report it said 30% defence, 13% midfield, 7% attack)?
It's good to play friendly games when you are in H, especially at home. You can win a lot of money like this, and, as you say, you also increase your players' experience. But you have to be careful at your players' fitness, as a player with low fitness will get lower ratings and he will also be more injury-prone. If you only have players for one team (less than 20 players), I wouldn't suggest playing more than 1 friendly every day. With 2 teams you can play 2 or 3 friendlies daily and with 3 teams (more than 30 players), you can play 4 friendlies each day.FC Bethesda wrote:3. Should I schedule friendly matches and/or subscribe to friendly cups to increase my squad's experience?
You should absolutely keep all your initial players and train them. However, if you want to be able to play friendlies, you will also have to buy new players. There are a lot of cheap players on the market. You should also try to look for players that are not fully trained yet. You never know how the player will develop.FC Bethesda wrote:4. Having a new squad, should I try to sign cheap transfers right after my first week or should I just play my first season with my current squad to see how they progress?
Good luck.
