New Soccer Project Managers - Need Help?

Yes, I think 3-4-3 is the best formation to use in order to win your matches. This formation is used among many people in soccerproject, but not always the best formation to use. For example if you're playing against a team that is better then yours and you have no chances of winning, you could go for a draw, using 5-4-1 or any defensive formation, setting your tactics as a defensive wall.sheldonxp wrote:So do you mean that 343 is better than 433?
I'll give you an example in which you could use 4-3-3, but in order to use it you must have very good defenders.
You could win:
1. If your defense is atleast 10% higher then the opponents attack.
2. If your midfield maximum 5% lower then the opponents midfield.
3. If your attack is atleast 5% higher then the opponents defense.
If that's the case, most probably you will be able to win your match.
The way this game works is: there is defence, midfield and attack. Midfield is the number of chances that you will have, attack is how many of those chances will be a goal and defence will reduce the number of goals. Attack is the one that gets you goals though. 3-4-3, kick and rush(which increases your attack), with the midfielders on offensive (some passing if your midfield is too low) will give you the best out of your team. To play midfielders on offensive you need to have shooting and heading high, to play them passing the main skills must be high(passing and playmaking).

how to win by a large margin - like 5-0, if my team is superior in any tactics to others but I'm winning max by 2 goals

well, i can tell you one thing, when i play away matches i always play 3-4-3 kick and rush and i usually win. Your players are good but i think you should renew your team now, because there are several old players in one position like RM or RB and too much players in a position like RF, you surely don't need 5 RF's

Looked in on this game a while back but now I actually have some free time I'm here again. browsed around and gathered a good deal of information about training, staff, tactics etc. but one Main question, does it matter that I made my team today and not Monday when I gather a new season begins? (I don't mind having to start again if it does of course)
Wouldn't mind if someone would offer to walk me through things when I have a problem and/or whom I could bounce off what I have allready done for some feedback.

Also New
I'm also new, just signed up earlier today. I looked around the game, read most of the rules. Would really love to have somebody experienced I could ask advice of and discuss how the game engine works with. I actually joined this game becuase I was curious of how the game engine worked.
Please message me ingame, and I'll give you my e-mail so we can discuss via that, or just use the game message service.
Would really appreciate anybodies help!
Thanks
