You should only worry when you're below zero, or more specifically when you have debts of over 2M...
From then on, you only get one week to bring the debts below 2M so you can keep on managing.

So you shouldn't worry :)
Just be a bit careful in spending the money now.

It was 65, I think. After that, you can't renew their contracts anymore.

Staff wages

Post by asardes »

I've had my staff since I became manager. Since then they have went to courses and their rattings have risen to 100%. Now their contracts are almost over and I'm looking forward to renewing them.

How much should I pay them for their new contracts ?
Is 1000 Euro enough to make them sign new ones ?

Just try to raise them step by step, and look if he accepts (they tell you immediately).

If he's already finished the 'regular' period (6 days) he will be sold in the upcoming night at 4 CET, unless there is another bid today.

- League and cup games (+2% for a win, +1% for a draw and +0.5% for a loss)
- Friendly Cup games (always +1%)
- Friendly games (+0.75% for a win, +1% for a draw and +0.5% for a loss)
This has got to be wrong, right?

If the fitness of your player is above 70, you're player will loose 1-5 normally fitness in a friendly. In the league is it around 15-20.
