Psssst....it's secret

Everybody should know only that you beat 2 teams from A, their actual performances are not important

ok, let it be :) the main thing that i avoid 3 strong teams from A in the 1/4 finals and have a chance to repeat previous success - 4th place

Before last group stage round the situation is already clear in group A - AquaAzzurri (13 pts) is the winner of this group while Fc.ReD.D@gS (10) qualifies to the quarterfinals from second place. Even if these teams would be equal after next round, AquaAzzuri has better results in games againt his opponent (4:3, 0:0). For Lithuanian team this will be a second try in Quarterfinal and chance to beat last season's fourth place.
The winner of group B is also known, and unlikely in group A - here FC Remedy confirmed the expectations. Game between Elrios CF and Primisimo FC hasn't been played yet - so the second place in this group is still not clear.
Teams for the Quarterfinals are known in group C, but the next round will decide who will win the group. Noldor is in a better position, as they play home against Valcíři Chomutov C.F. (first game ended with a draw 1:1).
The most dramatic situation is now in group D. Chelsea champion lost their first position again after the loss away at Fc Mantel. Before the last round Fc Mantel holds the first position with 10 points - just thanks to a little bit better score compared to second S.A.T, while Chelsea champion is now third with 9 points. However, situation for Chelsea is not that bad, as they host FK Laugaricio - the last team of the group. On the other hand, the most important game of group stage last round will be S.A.T vs Fc Mantel.

As usual - for more info see the first post of this topic.
And good luck to all teams in the last round of the group stage.

Hi everyone, the group stage is now finalized - you can find all the details in the top post.

First of all, I will try to make and publish the draw on Monday late evening (latest Tuesday morning) - basically the draw will be simple. For Quarterfinal I will set two pots - one containing group winners and another one with teams who finished second. There will be one restriction - teams from the same group can't play against each other in QF. And the other rule is that group winners will first play away.
I will also do SF draw which is fully random (first team drawn will play first game home) and I will also draw Final / 3rd place games - just to know which team will play first game home. Once the QF draw is published, please setup your games asap - and if possible try to play rather earlier within the schedule than later - so you have more time to setup SF and final games.

To comment on the last round, some really interesting things happen :)
- Fc.ReD.D@gS made two records: highest win in the history (10:0 away), plus on top Dugardein scored 6 goals in one game (previously we had two players who scored 4 goals in a game).
- Primisimo FC secured second position after beating FK Kabelwerk 2:1 who finished third.
- Noldor won the battle for the group winner against Valcíři Chomutov C.F. 3:2.
- last game brought first point to FC Jazero (1:1 against KFC Heist). The only team with 0 points total is a second representative of Slovakia - FK Laugaricio.
- the most dramatic group D finished with S.A.T as a group winner - a point ahead of Chelsea champion, Fc Mantel is out although they played really well.
- we still have three teams unbeaten in this season - FC Remedy, Noldor and AquaAzzurri.

In summary - only two teams from the first pot won their groups (FC Remedy and Noldor). The remaining two group winners are from POT3. Surprisingly also two teams from POT4 qualified to QF - Fc.ReD.D@gS and Valcíři Chomutov C.F., while the only successful team from POT2 is Primisimo FC.

We will have following POTs for QF draw:
1 - GROUP WINNERS: AquaAzzurri (LIT), FC Remedy (NED), Noldor (SWE), S.A.T (AUS)
2 - SECOND TEAMS: Fc.ReD.D@gS (GER), Primisimo FC (CZE), Valcíři Chomutov C.F. (CZE), Chelsea champion (BUL)
Team: FC Rovinka

Respect rohalt! I am usually not checking cards - but believe that it's really hard to beat your 4 red cards :)
anyway, thanks for playing even during the team reconstruction - hopefully you'll join in full power again in the future

Ok, here we go with the play-off draws. I made it earlier as I found some free time - so you can already start planning your games. Please note that the schedules are more tight now - for example you have 6 days for 2 QF games and then also 6 days for two SF games.

Anyway, the full schedule and results can be found in the main post, but we will really have some interesting games. There is a big challenge for Valcíři Chomutov C.F. - after they played against Noldor in group C, Czech team will now host winner of first SP Champions league season and current leader of A division in SP - FC Remedy!
Second QF couple will consist of two teams seeded in POT1 - Noldor will play against Chelsea champion.
Fc.ReD.D@gS will play against S.A.T, while Primisimo FC hosts AquaAzzurri.

Good luck to all 8 teams - let's see what surprises we will have in following days ;)

Hi, what about the penalty shootout in the second game ??? If both games ends equaly the same result (for example, 0-0 and 0-0 or 1-1 and 1-1 and so on) it will be possibility to kick penalties at the end of the game.

With 2 same draws it's clear that a penalty kickout can decide the match, but with 2-1 and 1-2 there will be no penaltykicks made when set on.
Last season we didn't had this problem, but it is a serious possibility. It's up to Gregoric to decide what decides the winner.

Some suggestions:
- The highest linerates (gives advance to the better team)
- The lowest linerates (which advances the underdog, which could be also reasonable)
- Two extra matches to play (But same problem can show up again, and with the tight schedules it's hard to plan, otherwise the tournament will be delayed into the next season)
- One discision match (like in the English League Cup) where the lowest playing team plays at home. With a draw the away-playing team is going to the next round or a penalty shootout set on.

One exception is the Final. After a tie it's possible to play another dual match, and another one, and so on, because it could be extended into next season.
FC Remedy is playing in division B.2

Champion in A in Season 44, 45, 55 & 90.
Winner Beneliga in Season 37, 41, 55, 56, 57, 60, 62, 66, 68, 70, 73, 88, 89 & 90.

He has made no mention of that in this topic, but he wrote it in the topic for 1st season of CL on the page 3 (17.6.2014, 7:58am) and I think, it will (should) be same...

It's a bit amusing to notice that, due to the competition being arranged as a series of friendlies, the attendances fall sharply. Champions League, they said :D

Too bad I'm still a new player here (although I've been here before), so I hope I can be up there in time!
