Valcíři Chomutov C.F. will fight for golden medals!

Today's Semifinal games between Valcíři Chomutov C.F. (CZE) and U.C.SAMPDORIA (BUL) brought two draws. Thanks to the fact, the Czech team scored two goals away, while the opponent scored only one away goal, we will see Chomutov in the Final game. Although it seems to be a lucky win, they deserved it - in first leg the performance was 10 points better and Valcíři missed the penalty in second half. So Bulgarian team started their home game in better position, they also played one point better line ratings, however it wasn't enough. Valcíři were leading 1:0 after first half, however SAMPDORIA turned te score around with two goals in 49' and 64'. Their leading lasted only one minute, as Dilaver Benic scored his second goal in 65' and decided the semifinal battle.

The second SF is scheduled on Saturday (both 1st and 2nd leg) - last season's winner Noldor (fresh champion of A division) will fight against Primisimo FC (3rd SPCL place last season and 6th team this season in B.2). The favorite is clear, but the game can be tricky

1st match:

Noldor 2 : 1 Primisimo FC (152-145)

There is a really strict referee in the second match, so performances will be probably lower. Anyway, it can be really attractive match

Noldor also won the second leg (2:0) and qualified to Final.
Primisimo FC will fight for 3rd place.

I'll update statistics tomorrow,meanwhile you can setup all remaining games.

The second match is still not aranged. I have no free term on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and while Valcíři still plays SP cup, we are not going to play match on Tuesday or Thursday, of course. So the 2nd match will be played in the new season or potentially this Tuesday/Thursday if he loses in the SP Cup.

Noldor fights for their second SPCL victory!
Second Semifinals brought no surprises. Noldor won both games against Primisimo FC - this means that Noldor will repeat last season's Final - this time against Valcíři Chomutov C.F., while Primisimo FC will repeat last season's third place game.
We had season's highest performance in the first leg of this SF - Noldor played 152. Plus on top, Valentini scored his 6th goal this season and took the leading position in the top scorers list.

Primisimo FC - U.C.SAMPDORIA 1:1 in first leg!
First leg of the 3rd place game finished with 1:1 draw. Bulgarian team was leading 1:0 after 1st half and in overall played one point better performance (139/138), however Primisimo FC managed to score an equalizer in second half. Right now it seems to be a better position for U.C.SAMPDORIA, but the same result didn't help them in 1st semifinal leg against the other Czech team. Let's see what happens on Friday 13th

Primisimo FC again with bronze medal!
Today's second leg of the 3rd place match finished with a small surprise. U.C.SAMPDORIA didn't use home stadium advantage and lost 0:1. Czech team improved their performance from the first leg, plus on top they had one player advantage since 43'. Primisimo FC used this opportunity in 71' when Alfons Ponce scored a winning goal from a penalty spot.

This is the second bronze medal for Primisimo FC in a row. And it's a big success this season, as they are the only team from B division in final four. Congratulations!

And for U.C.SAMPDORIA - thanks for playing this season, I believe it's still a successful one. And hopefully see you next SPCL season again (this is planned to start in SP season 64).

First leg of Final is scheduled today at 10pm - the winner will be known only next week. Good luck to both teams

Thank you gentlemen. I do consider this is a huge success for us. During the entire competition we lost just two games against Noldor, and drew once against Sampdoria, the rest was victories.
At the same time. I have to admit that we were very lucky in the very last game. Honestly, I don't think we would have won without the red card for Sampdoria...
