Training

Post by TCA » Sat Aug 05, 2017 5:04 pm

What it's the best training for players?
Automatic or manual?

If it's manual, can you tell me more about that please?

Many thanks

There is no best way :)
They both train the player in the same amount but with manual you can choose to train a certain skill (the bottom two skills are the most important).
But there is no actual benefit in training manually. Training automatically will train the lowest skill of the bottom two or twe lowest skill in general if those two are fully trained :)

So for example, my team receive a new young player now.
How he will be trainig quickly? Automatic or manual?

No matter what option you choose, but you need to regularly control what skills are being trained. With every simulation (when games can be played), the player increases the skill which is currently chosen in the training plan. If the skill is already max, it will not be increased - if you would not change this for a longer time, your player wouldn't progress at all. So you should always try to make sure that once the skill is fully trained (marked with red color), you change the training plan for that player.
The automatic option is not fully automatic - so as visje69 wrote, when you select that option, the training plan is generated automatically for all players (lowest skill is chosen) - but for all next simulation this will remain the same, unless you modify it again.

Manual is little bit better ;)

Order of automatic: two main skills (in bold) and then remaining 7 skills (each time is trained the lowest one). Problem is due to skill stamina - stamina automaticaly decreases by ca. 0,2% per simulation (as the only one skill). If you have it 0%, it cannot drop. So it is better to train 2 main skills, then next 6 skills and the last one stamina.
...new beginning...

Seasons 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63 - on the top of the SP :-)

I will see in few weeks if it's good results.

Good luck in new season!
