The best thing you can do is to make sure that all your agressions are close together. Because the amount of cards you'll get is calculated by the average aggression of your players + the agg of the referee + the aggression of you team.

You multiply this with the agression you will play and then divide it by 11 and then 100.

But if aggressions are far apart (lets just say a player with 20 and a player with 80) then the player with 80 has 4 times more chance to get a yellow card. This calculation of chance happens for EVERY individual card, so the possibility of the 80-player getting red is high.
