Hi,

As far as I know, after a league match, all players who did not play in that match have a morale drop to 95%.
I look at the players of my next opponent in the cup and I see that almost all the players who did not play in the league match have a morale of 100%. I am obviously mistaken.

Can someone explain to me how to do this?

You are right, but the opponent had taken a new trainer and then the moral get higher. For most of them it will be set at 100%.

Interesting.. another thing I didn't know.

How often can you change the coach to boost morale? I guess changing every other day doesn't work.
Does that apply to the other staff members as well or just the coach?

Works only with the coach, if you change him when he's 40days at the club (41 to be sure)
But there is an other trick, giving a new contract to a player (after 30days) gives also 10% moral boost

Is right, but only for that player that has a new contract.

Who knows how many more things there are that I don't know..

If a player is suspended, he doesnt lose morale.

So suspended on Monday = 100/100 for the Tuesday game.
Can also be used in certain specific situations.

There's also the possibility that some of them were suspended for the previous game, so their morale didn't drop.
