For the 5th time in a row I got this message that my new youth players wasn't good enough. Is this a bug? Never happened to me before. Since chaging Youth ccordinator I haven't gotten any new youth player. Bug or not, that shouldn't be happening 5 times in a row.

No, it's not a bug, but a very small chance.
The chance of having a youth player is 75% when you Youth coordinator is 100%.
So the chance of not having a youth player is 25%*25%*25%*25%*25% = 0,1% but that is still a chance. And the chance of having a new youth player next time is still 75%.

There are people eho think that this 75% differs per youth coach and change the youth coach when they don't have a youthplayer 2 or 3 times. The cases that were tested over a longer period with several different youthcoaches it was always around this 75%.

My opinion is that you just had really bad luck. Others will think you have a bad youthcoach.

I would fire him, for the feeling, immersion, and for the illusion? that you can do something about it
