I'm a relatively new manager, currently it's my second season, but I am going to get promoted to G division. I actually started playing seriously just a few weeks ago, before that I was basically fooling around. If anybody can help me with some mentoring, it would be highly appreciated. PM me for details.
Thanks in advance.

- get a coach, send him to courses until he's 100%
- get a youth centre
- build at least 1000 stadium seats per season

...ehm...nothing personal, but I wouldn't be so sure about the last advice.

It really depends on your strategy: long term build up or short term? If you want to promote fast, your only option is to earn money on the transfermarket and by winning friendly cups.

Stadium investment is something that has a long payback time - at least 1 and usually several seasons.

My rule of thumb is to have a stadium capacity app. equal to 75% of your fanbase.

Guys, my advice to you: if you are mostly lost on sort of all kinds of questions, please read the FAQ thread first. It really does give a lot of clues.

Then come back here and ask about the specific questions you didn't find answers on in the FAQ. It'll make it much easier for the rest of us to answer you in a usefull way.

Or ask for a mentor here. That may also be a good way.

A few noob questions if somebody can answer please:

1. Can I cancel a friendly which is already accepted?
2. Can I cancel my transfer bids?
3. How many days it take a player to get transferred once I have the highest bid?
4. Do player contracts get automatically negotiated/renewed if I don't do it myself before the end of contract?
5. Does morale of player affect the contract negotiations in any way? higher morale -> low contract costs, easy signing or the opposite of it?
6. I have taken a loan of $500,000, 18 weeks, 5%. How and when is it paid, what amount I should keep in my balance? What happens when I don't have sufficient money to pay loan payment+wages?

Thanks in advance.
Daniel.
