If anyone has time to look at my team and give me some tips, I'd be most grateful - I've been buying lots of new players recently but just worked out that this reduces team morale.

My team is: rohanriders in G.458

Can someone tell me why there are so many players on the market with 0 in stamina?

Is it okay to buy those 0 stamina players? or should i avoid them?

I looked at some division A teams, they also had some players with 0 in the stamina... what's going on?

well backup players dont need stamina if they play just once in 3 days, just look @ attribs, you can train stamina if you plan to turn them into 1st team players

§ Teamspirit

Raises
- League and cup games (+2% for a win, +1% for a draw or loss)
- Friendly Cup games (always +1%)
- Friendly games (+0.75% for a win, +0.5% for a loss or a draw)

decreases
- Transfers (paying + free) (-5%)
- If the field quality is less than 60% you lose a certain amount of TS.
- Simulation of the new season: -10% of current TS

doesn’t change
- when receiving a new youth player
- when sacking a player or a staff-member.

This is from the FAQ, but when I sacked 2 of my worst players, I lost 10% Team spirit!!!

I had them as transfer listed for about a week... but no one was interested, so I had to axe them... Maybe that's why?

Can someone explain?

so, if I un-transfer listed them and then sack them, I wouldn't have lost Team Spirit?

Ye syou would, because even if you sell him or not, or you untransfer list him you will lose 5% of TS

You get money by playing games, boarding, selling players (but you should only do this when a player is maxed, to see which is the worst player on that position) and when you're team is better by winning FrC's. So for now, just play games and accept boarding lower than 10 days.

You just have to copy the link to your logo in your profile. If your logo isn't on line, you can upload it on this site: www.imageshack.us .

It is very useful to upgrade your youth centre, the players you receive will become very good players. Most of them will reach 80% GR, but only when your youth coordinator is 100%. There isn't a youth team, they can play in your senior squad, but unfortanetely they will perforum slightly worse than a player that is older than 20. (read the FAQ's on this forum, it will help you a lot.)
