national team of spain

hi,
i want to train the spanish national team but the admis told me i first got to have the aprovel of the spanish community.
i would be the coach(playstation321)
assistent manager:slayers

scouts:everybody who wants
youth coordinators:playstation321,slayers,pinhead,and other players who wants
we realy hope its ok for the spannish community
