nu vreau sa intru cu nimeni in polemica.Aceasta e parerea mea depsre ce s-a intamplat in ultimele zile
Acum sa incep cu ce aveam de zis:
1.In legatura cu banul lui mosmartin,toti ati sarit cu gura ba pe sjarel ba pe mosmartin sau v-ati atacat unii pe altii(cum a zis altcineva de pe forum,asa e romanul,uneori).Omul v-a spus ca a luat ban pe nedrept, si s.a.m.d.,nu vreau sa mai continui ca deja s-a vorbit destul de mult pe tema asta si m-am cam plictisit/saturat de ea.Mosmartin a deschis discutia ca sa se stie ca nu o sa mai joace si nu o sa mai intre pe forum(probabil va ma intra doar sa vorbeasca cand va avea timp,asta e la latitudinea lui),iar apoi toti ati avut tot felul de replici,cum am mai zis la adresa unor persoane sau altora.Unii l-ati acuzat pe moshu ca a trisat ,altii i-ati tinut partea ,va respect pentru deciziile voastre dar asta nu trebuia sa degenereze intr-un asa hal,parerea mea.Ca sa incheiem subiectul ii urez lui moshu sanatate si bafta in continuare in tot ce va face.Desi nu prea am vorbit cu moshu sau depre el dar il respect ca om si ca manager,deoarece a facut o echipa si a ajuns undeva fara sa dea prea mult din vorba cum fac altii(nu dau nume ca sa nu intru in alte polemici,se simt ei fara sa le zic eu),nu ma ntereseaza modul prin care a ajuns unde a ajuns deoarece nu conteaza asa mult pentru mine , exista cineva care sa aiba grija de asta.Nu insinuez nimic.
2. In legatura cu sfaturile sale.omul a avut bnevointa sa va impartaseasca anumite lucruri care trebuiau sau puteau sa ramana anonime pentru managerii care sunt incepatori sau nu au observat pana acum(aici ma includ si pe mine ca incepator).Trebuia sa descopere fiecare cum sta treaba cu jocul si dedesubturile lui,asa ca ii multumesc pentru sfaturile pe care le-a dat.Nu stiu cat din ele o sa folosesc deoarece asa sunt eu,nu prea tin cont de sfaturi pana nu vad pe piele mea
Nu mai improscati cu tot felul de mizerii in moshu,ca nu mai are rost acum.Faptul e consumar deja si sunt sigur ca nici eu nu trebuia sa deschid topicul acesta dar nu am avut de ales.3.Cand sjarel a scris un in acel topic catre toti romanii din Comunitatea SP a specificat foarte clar ca nu il intereseaza si nu o sa citeasca ce va mai fi scris in acel topic.Pe unii ii inteleg dc au postat dar pe altii chiar nu ii inteleg,ce treaba ai tu sa scrii acolo ca e "bou" sau asa mai departe,se simte el cine e.Daca ai asa tupeu in tine dc nu ii trimiti mesaj privat cu ce ai pe cap si apoi vezi ce se intampla.(normal in engleza,ca in romana nu cred ca stie).Probabil s-a gandit ca poate sa-i zica cum vrea ca nu stie sa citeasca in limba romana.Treaba lui.Omul a facut ce a crezut de cuviinta in acest caz(nu sunt nici pro nici contra,cum am mai spus) iar decizia ii trebuie respectata pentru ca el este Programatorul sef sau cel care a facut posibile astea.Daca tot vreti sa il improscati cu "noroi" pe la spate,macar faceti-o in limba engleza ca sa inteleaga si el ca sa poata raspunde la aceste comentarii.
4.Se pare unii manageri au punctat deja anumite lucruri pe care le-am spus mai sus,pe buna dreptate.Fiecare cu treaba lui si fiecare manager cu problemele lui.Presupun ca sunt toti destul de mari sa-si rezolve singuri treburile.
Asta e tot ce am avut de spus.Cine vrea comenteaza cine nu,tot bine.Ar fi bine sa nu se creeze din acest topic un topic ca celelalte fara rost.Eu am punctat ce am avut de spus.

First i salute you all.
I don't want to argue with someone on this subject.This is my single and true opinion about the things happenned in the last days
Now let's start :
1.About the ban of mosmartin,all of you jump with wrong conclusion on sjarel or mosmartin or you had some arguements between you.The man said to you he was banned on wrong reasons and so long...,i don' want to continue with this subject because until now there have been talking about this too much is not good for us and i just get bored/sick of this.Mosmartin opened the subject so you all now that from now he will not play anymore this game and he will not be present on the forum so much time(maybe he will return and write in this forum only he will have the pleasure and time ti do that,this is his option).And then you all had a lot of comments about some people or others.Someone acused mosmartin of cheating,others protect him,i respect for your comments but this thing doesn't needed to go so far,this is my opinion.To end this subject i wish mosmartin good luck and a good life from now.Although i haven't spoke a lot with mosmartin but i respect him as a man and as a SP manager,because he made a good and nice team, he reach where he already reached without making so much noise like others(i don't want to give examples because i don't to get in fights witn anybody),is not in my interest how he get there because this is not so important to me in this moment,there is someone who can deal with this.
I'll skipped the second point because of my reason and i hope no one get upset because of this
3.When sjarel wrote in that topic where he addressed to all romanian from SP Community he said we will not read another comments.I'll understand some people of posting there but other i really don't understand.You don't need to insulte,he know who he is.If you have courage you will send him a pm with your dissatisfied opinion or what you have on your mind(of course on english so he can understand and to respond to those opinions).The man do how he think's it was good for all to do on that case(i'm not pro but i'm not against,like i said before) and the his decisions must be respected because he made all this possible for us.If you want to insult him at least do it in english so he can understand and respond to those comments.
4.I see some managers said some things i already said in this thread,on good reasons.Everyone with his own problem.I guess they can resolve alone their problems.
This is all i had to say.Who wants to comment he can do.But will be a great job that from this simple thread he became another thread with wrong things.I said what i had on my mind.
In caz nu am tradus bine sper ca bunicutzu sau altcineva care stie sa ma corecteze.
If i made some mistakes in translating this i hope bunicutzu or someone else correct me.
