Decrease of "Team Spirit" when buying players ??

Should there be a decrease of the "Team Spirit" when buying players? Isn't it more correct to decrease only when a player is sold? The current players should be happy a new mate comes to the club.And even the fan base should increase when a new player comes to the club.

Alltough I have TS somewhere around 25% now, I like the system as it is now.
If we decrease as you say, it will make the game more easier but I like challenges.

Well, yes you are right, but still it would be more realistic. And i know this is just a suggestion that will never be kept in mind (as well as many suggested good features that stay in the dust of some 50-60 pages behind)
