Players for sale
I would like to see when I click on a manager or on a team what players do they have for sale ... it would be much more easier to see the players that he is trying to sell ... if u can put the links to see the asking price also it would be even better ... just an ideea
... u can comment on it

I have a better idea. On each team's squad page, add 2 extra columns.
One of them is for transfer list. If he's currently on the market, green tick. If not, red cross.
Second one, "Enquire about player", you click it, and select some things, similar to the page where you make an offer for a player:
1. Your interest level:
Heavily interested
Rather interested
Some interest
2. Price range you are prepared to pay:
Unspecified at the moment, will discuss
0-1M
1-5M
5-10M
10M+
3. When you want the player:
Would like to buy him now
Would like him at the end of the season
Would like him in a few weeks
Then you submit, and the manager receives a notification in his messages that someone is interested in a player. He'll also see what the interest is, and so on. It can be taken from there.
The manager can reply simply in the same way friendly invitations are done. He has three options:
1. Reject interest
2. Accept interest
3. "Fence sit" - It could be the manager may want to sell but the interested manager didn't specify a price or they can't agree a selling date, or something. So, select this option, and the manager will be informed there's some chance of making an agreement - which would be discussed in usual messages between them. If they make some breakthrough, the manager resubmits his interest with rectified conditions, and then the manager can Dismiss/Accept it.
This will be a much more effective system than what currently "exists" i.e. people merely sending a message. "Is Player A for sale?" "yes" "how much?" "name your price" "3m" "no thanks" and so on and so forth.
It can also be taken even further and become very realistic. Bring the team spirit into it. If you select a heavy interest in a player, your TS will decrease 2% or so, as the squad will be a little unsettled. So of course, you can't just send 100's of interests, or you'll be punished badly. And likewise, if the selling manager selects "Accept Interest", his TS will go down a little too. Of course, if he dismisses it, TS is unaffected. I love this idea, because recently, someone messaged me about buying one of my players. I've not got any interest in selling him, unless I received a silly offer (20M+ or so) but I decided to reply and ask him what his offer was anyway. In reality, would a manager do this? It would unsettle his squad if word leaked that he was doing this.
One final thing about this whole idea, it's important that, if someone declares a strong interest, and the seller agrees to sell, then when the player goes on the market, ONLY this team can buy him at the agreed price. In other words, they already have an "agreement" which can't be broken. I say this, because the new rules SP are implementing means that anyone could sneak in and quickly bid the asking price and the transfer is done, making the whole system pointless.
Hopefully people read this idea, as I think it's a fantastic one. Maybe we can build on this. Feel free to point out any flaws or improvements...

I agree with you, it would be an excellent addiction but I don't agree with that part, I consider that all managers could offer for a player that his price has been agreed.h00psta wrote:I have a better idea. On each team's squad page, add 2 extra columns.
