Maybe it is a stupid idea but i will say it anyway:
could it be possible that the agression gets lower(a little bit) when he gets lower because in real life most of the time a young player is more agressive than an older player.

Agression is at the beginning at maximum and minimum and wont raise/lower anymore... ;)
