How about searching for coach's by other categories like country

yeh and if so how about different nationality coaches having different qualities

You don´t need qualities. The coach can only let players train and that´s it.
And searching for coaches is not a big deal either. Cause you won´t see his nationality often. All you can see is age, rating, loan and that´s it!

Seaching for players by nationality would be good, but not for coaches or other staff.
