i don't know if this was discussed before....sorry if it was.

i think fitness should recover with 1-2%after every simulation....in real life players have one week to recover after a game....and from a game to another they are 100%.
this is my oppinion...

one week in real life?what team?i know that powerfull teams have some period with a game at every 3 or 4 days(league games,domestic cup games,champions league or uefa games)is better to recover faster because you can allign the best line every match,but if you think you can't do that.if they recover faster and players will be 100% every match then you can play 4 matches per day with best line.i think if they recover their fittnes twice per day is very good.
