Retired Players
i think retired players should take a staff position at the team that they want to retire....managers should get a PM saying something like "the player "X" whant's to retire, he would like to become gorundsman at our club" the manager should accept or not. if he accept the retired player will stay one season as assistent of what he wants to me(ex: assistend groundsman) and if the manager wants he can keep him fireing the groundsman.

I'm very atracted by this idea and it look's like there are no negative answers.
I would like the opinion of someone important. (the only one I know is sjarel)
Ps.: And it's also good for promoting youth's with the same nationality as the managers. (For example I have only foreign staff, and in this case the youth's will be the same nationallity as the trainer, but if I hire a romanian youth trainer(in my case) I will have romanian youth's). I think that you are all pride of your nationallity
. Then keep it also in the game.

I think thats a great idea
and that way you wont be tempted to sell your players before retirement and you will get the most out of them plus their experience could turn into the rating.
For example if you have a retired player with an experience of 75% then that could become his rating and you would have to pay for additional training to get him to 100% or if not, a certain amount could be taken off and you would have to train him to get up to 100%
Depending on whatever the retired player wants to become a certain amount will be decreased for e.g. A coach, then a lower amount will be taken off before training him due to the player having some knowledge of what a coach does and is required of them but if a groundsman a lot more will be taken of due to the player having no experience in pitch maintenance

Very nice idea!
Well there is no fun anymore with all the staff 100%. a 100% staff should be a very uncommon person, a legendary person! I think the ability to send staff to course should be a little cut down. Maybe you could only send a staff-member to course once a season? And also the courses should be divided intro three groups: local (not much rating gained 3-7%, but cheap 300.000), national (medium rating gained 7- 12%, for a medium price 700.000), and world class (much rating gained 12%-->, but for a high price 1.000.000) ,also a staff member recives 1-3% automaticly each sesaon. this way it would be harder and funnier to get a 100% staff-member.
The players might want to join the staff when he is going to be retired (like 1\3 do so, he must have been in the club for three seasons or something). The player's global rating (or experience) will be his staff rating.
It would be fun to hire a former player as a staff member, but you also have to sack your current staff to get room for this player. This might be an expensive affair, so to still make the old players more attractive (they have to be attractive, since they are some sort of rare)
possible soulutions could be:
A) the former player will be a staff-member for free without paying him any wage!
B) the former player gets a big salary deacrease ( like 75% or something)
C) sending the the former player on acourse is much cheaper than training other staff ( like 50% discount or something)
D) if a former player join the staff-crew the team will get som team spirit points (about 5 – 15 points?)
E) if a former player join the staff-crew the players will get some morale boost (about 5-10 points each)
Please share your thoughts!
Ps. sorry for my english. I hope you understand. If not, too bad cuz i cant explain better. I guess my englsih is just too bad..
