I'll vote that advertising prices should be raised, but mostly for upper division teams. I don't agree with anything else you wrote, if I understand it right.
The prizes for upper division teams are nothing. The prize for winning the A division is 5 million, right? I'm in D league and I have 20 million in the bank right now. There are players all over the transfer lists that cost more than $5 million.
The advertising for upper division teams is nothing. The difference between advertising for the best teams in SP and brand new teams is like 10000 per board. 10000 is what a single quality A division player makes in a game. It's nothing.
We don't need to improve the state of low division teams vs. high division. They're too equal already - we need to go the other way. High division teams deserve to make much more money than teams on the bottom. If I had never gotten promoted once, ever, I'd still have about the same amount of money that I have now. What sense does that make?
If low divison teams want to match up better against top teams, they need to do it by making their team better, not through rules changes.
