The staff section

I think SP is not complete in the Staff section. It is necessary to :

1. Have a skill for all the staff, with a definite maximum. We must have better and worse coach or doctor. The skill + the number of courses = the rating( depending on the age too). The sallary will be different for different ratings.
Ex:
a) The training of players will be affected by the rating of the coach, so by the skill of the coach too.
b) When I have a good skill for the scout, I can use a better search engine in the transfer list.
c) A skilled youth coordinator can give me better players.

2. Increase the importance of the staff by :
a) Increase the salary
b) Increase the duration for a course.

Maybe not all of this are good, and maybe this is not all... But something must change here.

Well I think it's ok how it is right now. Of course thing could get better, but I don't think this is a top priority.

Maybe that a coach, doctor or a youthcoorditanor should have like three skills which you can train, but I don't think there should be more things.

Ok, maybe its not a top priority, and surely the features from yours "substitutes" are more interesting. But, for theese, the code must change 90%, for "see" and manage 90 minutes of 15000 matches, so it is almost impossible to perform.
In this time, the staff change will be easy to make, and with many influences to the team, stadium and economy. And will be like in real life.
I am interested to pay with a lot of money a good doctor for have less injuries.
And, in real life, a coach form the third league dont has the same salary like one from first league. And the quality of the training is not the same.
And more and more.
In real life the coach is very important, in SP the coach is nothing.

So you wish to complicate the game by having to bring in and train youth coaches and staff???
Good idea, and realistic, just like Alex Ferguson is the best , but I would find that far too complicated.
