Yes, I think its about percentage difference. Sometimes I had a posibility to let my player choose and sometimes not.
But anyway Pipkins sugestion doesnt solve the problem at all. Its only a partial improvement.
Buyer still should ask seller to sell him player immediately after makeing highest bid as it sometimes happened to me when trying to buy. It was like:
19:03 Higher offer...
19:07 Player XY has been sold to another team...

The problem? Where do you see problem? The manager decided not to sell the player to you but to another manager.. No matter what the reason is.. it is his players and he is the only person who can dicide.. As soon as it is not to unrealistic values i dont see problem??

But it WAS unrealistic value! Unrealistic values arent only about overprizeing but (in my opinion) also if player is underestimated. Is it normal to sell player after two days if the prize should by doubled or tripled few days later?

Then report it as a cheating (manager -> other managers -> cheaters) .. I think this option is totaly enough
I reported a situation that is described by Michal Kejchal, but nothing with my complaint has been done so far. The guilty manager is still not banned. In this case, guilty manager was -1,5M with his finances, so he took his youth player and made a deal with quiting manager, who gave him 3M. Is this correct, when someone quits and even sends money to existing club, which will then continue playing ?
I was talking for example about team, which made a deal with quiting manager. That quiting manager bought a player from that team - because he won't need money anymore and he will hep the first team from the financial crisis. This is, I think, a cheat -> just transfer of money, the player involved works here just as a thing...

This is considered cheating, both managers will be banned by the sheriffs. We've recently banned some very well known Dutch managers for this exact reason.
