Hire players

I think there should be a new option which allows managers to hire players instead of buying them.
Now when you buy a player and he's not good enough, you sell him again. But if you would be able to first hire a player and if you think he is good enough, you can buy him later.

I think it should be something like this:
1. Managers can choose whether to sell or hire out a player. Or if they want they can do both, so someone can buy or hire that player.
2. The team that hires the player must pay his wages.
3. The player trains at the team where he is hired (this will benefit the team that hired the player out). This means that if a managers chooses to only hire out a player he doesn't have to pay his wages and he doesn't train him. While the other team uses the skills of that certain player. This will be good for both managers.
4. A manager who wants to hire a player should choose for how long he wants to hire him (1 week, 1 month, 1 season).
5. If a manager chooses to both hire out and sell a player. The manager who hires that player can first hire the player and if he think the player is good enough, he also van buy him.

I hope you all agree with me and if someone has any suggestions please let me know. It think this hire option would be a very good add for SoccerProject!
