New players

New players are given a random team when they sign up, and when they sign up in the middle of a season, they might be assigned a team that is high up. However, take a look at G.363 (my division) and the team F.C.BOBICA (15th). This team joined H.1088 (my former division) quite late and he got the second-placed team. That division was me with a win/draw/loss game ratio 29-0-1 and second place was fairly safely high up as well. As a result, he got promoted. This season, he is probably going to end up in 15th or 16th place because there is absolutely no way he can beat any team other than the last-placed one. I was just hoping there would be some way of making sure that new players don't take over a team that is a candidate for promotion because there is absolutely no way the team's players will be trained enough for the next division.

the game engine chosse randomly the team for a new manager.i think that it choose the league and the highest no manager team from that league.it will be a good feature because if you start to play a manager game....promote in your first season after 5-6 games and the next season you relegate is not nice.and maybe you want to quit.give them a weak team and fight for the promotion.

I just think that many players will be driven off by having to suffer 25+ defeats in an upper league. Generally, you need 1 season to train all your players fully and be able to have a respectable season in G. Personally, I think that it would always be better to assign them the lowest possible team, say 16th place, with a little message telling them that the season has already started and the next season will be fairer.
